Dr. Azadeh (Azi) Goudarzi leads business development, partnering, fundraising, and commercialization initiatives for the company’s immune tolerance platform and lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery technologies. 
 
A multidisciplinary scientist, entrepreneur, and business strategist, Dr. Goudarzi brings expertise spanning biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, innovation management, and venture development. Prior to joining INT, she co-founded a consulting firm that advised biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and digital health companies on corporate strategy, product commercialization, business model development, fundraising preparation, and portfolio prioritization. She has also held scientific and innovation management roles within the pharmaceutical industry, contributing to the development and scale-up of advanced drug delivery technologies and regulatory submissions. 
 
Dr. Goudarzi is an inventor on multiple patent families related to drug delivery systems and has extensive experience evaluating, commercializing, and financing science-based innovations. She is passionate about bridging the gap between breakthrough research and real-world patient impact, helping transform promising technologies into investable and commercially viable therapeutic products. 
 
She holds a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia and an MBA in Management of Technology from Simon Fraser University.
